About Savannah River Land Management, LLC
Our company, Savannah River Land Management, LLC, was built on a foundation rooted in years of hard work in the land development industry. Our story began generations earlier. Our owner grew up in this environment—learning the trade firsthand by working alongside his grandfather, who owned a land service business for 38 years. Those early lessons shaped a strong work ethic and a commitment to doing the job right, every single time.
Based in McCormick, SC, we’re proud to serve power companies, service providers, and commercial clients across the region. We focus on solving real problems—like removing overgrowth near power lines, grading lots for construction, and hauling critical materials to and from job sites.
We don’t just clear land; we help our clients move forward with projects that depend on safe, functional, and accessible land.
What sets us apart isn’t just our experience—it’s the end result. Our work is clean, precise, and built to support the next phase of development. Whether we’re preparing a site, managing right-of-way access, or hauling materials, we make sure the job gets done with the level of quality we’d expect on our own projects.
We know how important timing, safety, and accuracy are in this industry, and that’s what we deliver every time. Based in McCormick, SC, we serve Lincolnton, GA, North Augusta, GA, Aiken, SC, Greenwood, SC, Greenville, SC, Anderson, SC. We’re not just here to work—we’re here to build long-term relationships with the businesses and crews that keep the region growing.
